A program will need to meet the following criteria prior to applying for Recognition:
If your Service is in the process of applying for ADA Education Recognition and have questions, you can now schedule a meet and greet with the ERP team. Please submit the ERP Meet and Greet form and an ERP staff member will coordinate the meeting and send you the invitation.
The fee for an original application is $1,100 for a 4-year Recognition cycle.
Original applications: $1,100 for the main site. $100 for each additional multi-site.
Please note: There is no fee for expansion sites. Programs may add an unlimited number of expansion sites with no additional fee.

If your service plans on submitting an application for Recognition within the next six months, please submit an ERP onboarding form. The Quality Coordinator will receive an email containing the ERP Portal login credentials along with the application instructions within 24–48 hours.
