On-Demand Only Meeting Registration with Access through August 2025
On-Demand is only available after Scientific Sessions concludes. Access will open on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, the Wednesday following the meeting. For full meeting access, register for the in-person registration.

You must be an ADA professional member at the time of registration to receive member pricing. If your membership expires before June 30, 2025, you will be given the option to renew your membership. 

  • If you join or renew your membership after you have registered, you will not be eligible for the member rates as you must be a member at the time of registration. 
  • Community Health Worker, Early Career, Student, Associate, and Emerging Nation Memberships do not qualify for member pricing.

Registration for those who are not Professional Members of the American Diabetes Association. 

  • Become a Member when you register for the full meeting registration and save $355 off the Non-Member rate.
  • Professional Membership provides exclusive members-only education and resources that benefit you, your patients, and your practice. When you sign in to register, you will have the option to become a member. If you do not wish to become a member, skip the membership page, and continue as a Non-Member.
  • If you join or renew your membership after you have registered, you will not be eligible for the member rates as you must be a member at the time of registration. 

Students, Residents and Fellows must submit proof of status attesting to current enrollment as a student, employment as a resident or appointment as a fellow in order to receive discounted registration fees.

One of the following must be submitted:

  • Student/Resident ID that has an expiration date. If your Student/Resident ID does not have an expiration date on it, you may send it along with a copy of your transcript or letter of acceptance from your educational institution or Resident program.
    OR
  • A dated letter from your institution on letterhead, signed by an advisor or department head showing that you are currently enrolled as a student, employed as a resident, or have a fellowship.

To request a discount on registration, please submit your proof of status to adasupport@cmrus.com or by fax to (415) 293-4073. Upon receipt and verification of your proof of status you will be sent an Invitation Code via email to register.

Diabetes Educators must submit proof of status by providing either their CDCES number or ERP number to receive discounted registration fees. Please provide either number to adasupport@cmrus.com or fax to (415) 293-4073. Upon receipt and verification of your proof of status, you will be sent an invitation code via email.

Exhibitor Registration will open February 2025. At that time, the Authorized Exhibitor Contact Personnel (as provided on the Exhibit Space Application) may register their Company's Booth Staff and/or Corporate Delegates using the User ID and Password provided by ADA Registration.

Please note:

Exhibitor Booth Staff are not allowed access into session rooms, only Corporate Delegates can access sessions rooms, however they are NOT eligible for Continuing Educational Credit.

Group registration will open January 2025 and will be available to groups of 5 or more attendees. 

For all attendees, including those traveling via tour groups, individual email addresses and demographic information must be included on each registration for the attendee to receive a Certificate of Attendance, register for Corporate Symposia, and receive meeting updates via email.

For groups who choose to house in non-official ADA hotels, an additional registration fee of $200 per person will be assessed if your group requires Group Registration Services. In addition, a $75 shuttle pass person will be required to use ADA's shuttle bus services.

Credentialed members of the media may submit a request for complimentary registration. Registration applications can be submitted to ADA in early 2025, once the media policies and registration form are posted in late February.

Registration Changes and Cancellations: 

  • Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
  • All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through the ADA Registration and Hotel Support Center or faxed to (415) 293-4073.
  • For a full refund of the registration fee, requests must be received on or before May 8, 2025.
  • Cancellation requests received between May 9, 2025 and June 12, 2025 will receive a full refund of the registration fee less a $50 administrative fee. 
  • Cancellation requests received after June 12, 2025 will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend due to circumstances related to COVID-19 then a full refund may be considered.
  • ADA donations and Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of cancellation.

There are companies claiming to offer registration and housing services for the Scientific Sessions that are not affiliated with the ADA and do not offer any services on our behalf. You may receive emails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register. Registration and housing should only be accessed from the Scientific Sessions website and reserved through the ADA’s official registration and housing provider, Convention Management Resources (CMR) and ADA Internationals Group Department (ADA-IGD). If you do not see this logo on the website, they are not our official provider.

If you are contacted by any agency other than CMR or ADA-IGD, please immediately notify CMR.
