Registration Changes and Cancellations:
- Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through the ADA Registration and Hotel Support Center or faxed to (415) 293-4073.
- For a full refund of the registration fee, requests must be received on or before May 8, 2025.
- Cancellation requests received between May 9, 2025 and June 12, 2025 will receive a full refund of the registration fee less a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received after June 12, 2025 will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend due to circumstances related to COVID-19 then a full refund may be considered.
- ADA donations and Membership fees are non-refundable.
- All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of cancellation.
Warning/Be Aware
There are companies claiming to offer registration and housing services for the Scientific Sessions that are not affiliated with the ADA and do not offer any services on our behalf. You may receive emails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register. Registration and housing should only be accessed from the Scientific Sessions website and reserved through the ADA’s official registration and housing provider, Convention Management Resources (CMR) and ADA Internationals Group Department (ADA-IGD). If you do not see this logo on the website, they are not our official provider.
If you are contacted by any agency other than CMR or ADA-IGD, please immediately notify CMR.
Payment Information
The American Diabetes Association accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa as forms of credit card payment. Wire transfers are not accepted. Payments by check must be drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars, and be made payable to the American Diabetes Association.
