Meeting Space Requests for Ancillary Events
If your company is planning on holding an event/meeting during ADA’s 84th Scientific Sessions, please utilize the Ancillary Events Request Form to request the meeting space at one of the ADA’s official hotels. Please note, there is no meeting space available at the convention center.
All ancillary events must be approved by ADA. Requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow 2–3 weeks for receipt of confirmation and meeting room/hotel assignment. Do not contact hotels directly without prior consent from ADA.
Please note: The last day to submit ancillary event space requests is June 7, 2024.
How to Request Meeting Space for an Ancillary Event:
- Please review the request form carefully as well as the FAQ document.
- Submit the completed form to ADA at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to (703) 940-9172. If the form is submitted incomplete, the process will be delayed.
- ADA staff will review the request form and either contact you for additional information/clarification or if approved will reach out to your requested hotel.
