You must be an ADA professional member at the time of registration to receive member pricing. If your membership expires before October 31, 2026, you will be given the option to renew your membership.
If you join or renew your membership after you have registered, you will not be eligible for the member rates as you must be a member at the time of registration.
Associate and Emerging Nation Memberships do not qualify for member pricing.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through the DTM Registration Support Center or faxed to (415) 293-4073.
Cancellation requests received on or before July 10, 2026 will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellation requests received between July 11, 2026 and October 26, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation requests received after October 26, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of cancellation.
There are companies that are claiming to offer registration and housing services for the 26th Annual Diabetes Technology Meeting, which are not affiliated with ADA and do not offer any services on our behalf. You may receive emails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register. Registration and housing should only be accessed here and reserved through ADA’s official registration provider, Convention Management Resources (CMR). If you do not see this logo on the website, then they are not our official provider!

The American Diabetes Association accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa as forms of credit card payment. Wire transfers are not accepted. Payments by check must be drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars, and be made payable to the American Diabetes Association.
