Maureen Monaghan, PhD, is a Program Director for Diabetes Behavioral Science at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), where she provides scientific and administrative oversight for a portfolio of research on behavioral science applications for diabetes care. Dr. Monaghan is also a licensed clinical psychologist and an Adjunct Associate Professor at Children’s National Hospital and George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, DC.
