Contest Rules Terms & Conditions

Promotion is sponsored by American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202 (“Sponsor”). Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter. Purchase will not increase chances of winning. All registrants are eligible to participate in the promotion. The winner shall be the first participant to achieve the highest possible score. If the highest possible score is not achieved by any participant, the participant with the highest number of points at the conclusion of the competition will be the winner and will receive a 1-year professional membership to the American Diabetes Association. Promotion will run from 8 a.m. EST May 20, 2024 through 5 p.m. EST June 17, 2024.
