The DiabetesPro Member Forum is the American Diabetes Association's members-only online communications and resource-sharing platform designed specifically for professionals in the diabetes field. With discussion forums, resource libraries, and event calendars for each of our Interest Groups and WIN ADA (Women’s Interprofessional Network), as well as various Leadership Teams and Advisory Groups, this platform enables members to communicate and share information regularly with colleagues in their specialties across the United States and around the globe.

Login Instructions 

All members are encouraged to access the DiabetesPro Member Forum after logging in to my.diabetes.org with the email address and password associated with their membership account.

You can log in using the email address associated with your membership ID. 

If you need assistance logging in or creating a password, please email interestgroups@diabetes.org. 

Forum Instructions 

After logging in to my.diabetes.org, please complete your profile by selecting up to 3 Interest Groups.

Next, continue to using the forum at: https://procommunity.diabetes.org. Follow the steps below to complete your profile in the forum:

1. Complete your profile by clicking the profile icon at the top right side of the page and include a headshot. You can also edit your profile including your up-to-date academic and professional information at my.diabetes.org.

2. Set your preferred email preferences for all comments regarding your profile by navigating to the top right, selecting the profile picture icon, and clicking "My Settings" in the drop down menu. Towards the bottom of this page, you can edit your email notifications for posts or comments pertaining to your specific activity.

3. Set your preferred email preferences for your discussion boards and Interest Group and WIN ADA communications by navigating to the specific Discussion Forum, clicking on the drop down menu next to the envelope icon at the top right of the screen. Members have the option to receive email notifications from every post, daily or weekly digests or limited (no emails). Notifications for every post are recommended for members who wish to engage regularly.

Upon successful completion of these steps, you will not need to log in to the DiabetesPro Forum every time you wish to engage. You will have the option to respond to Interest Group and WIN ADA messages via email.
