Attendees should bring their confirmation letter on-site to receive their meeting materials. The barcode included on your confirmation letter will greatly speed you through the registration and materials pick-up area. If you do not see the barcode prior to printing, right click on the image to display the barcode. Failure to produce the confirmation letter will result in delays. A picture ID will be required to pick up your materials. Domestic attendees who pre-register will receive their badge by mail in late May.

The entire city of New Orleans is offering additional incentives for attending the ADA's 69th Scientific Sessions. Here is the current list of incentives and prize winners. The remaining gift certificates will be given out onsite at the meeting.

We'll award a complimentary meeting registration and a hotel room near the convention center in Orlando (check-in Thursday, June 24, check-out Tuesday, June 29) to the 5 people who refer the most attendees.

ADA Professional Member:
Category I & Category II Professional Members. Have your Member ID number handy to register as a member. Members save at least $175 on meeting registration. Join today when registering for Scientific Sessions.
Non-Member:
Student/Resident/Fellow:
Available to persons currently enrolled in a college or university. Proof of status with program must be supplied by institution along with registration form.
One Day:
Provides admittance to all sessions, including the exhibit hall if open, for the selected day.
Exhibit Hall Only:
Admittance to the exhibit hall only.
Guest:
One guest per full conference registration is allowed. Guest registration includes entrance to the Exhibit Hall, Poster Hall and Social Events only. Guests are not eligible for continuing education credit. Children under the age of 18, even if paid registrants, will not be admintted ot the EXhibit Hall or Session Rooms.
REGISTRATION CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:
- Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and sent via e-mail ada2009reg@cmrus.com or faxed to (415) 979-2249.
- For a full refund (less a $50 administrative fee) cancellation requests must be received on or before February 19, 2009.
- Refund requests received between February 20, 2009 and April 23, 2009 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
- Refund requests received after April 23, 2009 will not receive a refund.
- City Pins and 'I Decide to Fight Diabetes' Charms are non-refundable.
- Webcast purchases will be fully refundable if cancelled prior to June 4, 2009.
- St. Bernard's Project will be fully refundable if cancelled prior to May 21, 2009.
- Shuttle Passes will be fully refundable if cancelled prior to June 4, 2009.
