In order to receive your continuing education certificate, you must complete the online evaluation. The system will be available through February 28, 2010. You will be able to print your own certificate upon completion.

The sessions offered at the Postgraduate Course have been designed specifically for physicians, doctors of osteopathy, family physicians, podiatric physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, dietitians, pharmacists, psychologists, certified diabetes educators and other health care professionals who care for patients with diabetes and who manage the complications related to this disease.
