To print a copy of your submitted abstract for your records, login to the
Abstract Submission Site with your login and password. Select the submitted abstract that you would like to view. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Click Here for a Print-Friendly Version of Your Submission." You may also find a copy of your receipt for the $65 submission fee.
Withdrawals - Accepted abstracts will be printed in the Abstract Book unless withdrawn by the withdrawal deadline:
Thursday, March 15, 2012. If you wish to withdraw your abstract, the ADA must be notified in writing. The
presenting author must complete a
Withdrawal Form and return it to the ADA by fax or email as indicated on the form. Please be sure to include your abstract title and control number in your email. Only the presenting author has the ability to withdraw the abstract. The abstract submission fee will not be refunded upon withdrawal.
